| Normally at this time of the year we have lots of rain. We say ' April showers bring May flowers', but unusually we have had very little rain this last month. You can see how dry the grass looks. Usually in the Spring it is bright green. However as I write this the sky is becoming dark, so maybe we are finally going to have some rain. Did you recognize the park? | 普通の年ならこの時期のイギリスは雨が多くて「４月の雨が5月の花を運んでくる」と言ったりします。でも今年はいつもと違って雨が少ないのです。写真の草を見ても乾いているのがわかると思います。いつもの春の草はもっと明るい緑色をしているはずです。この記事を書いている間に空が曇ってきました。雨が降りそうです。ところでここはどの公園かわかりましたか？オープンサイトの「紅葉」の写真で紹介した公園です。 |
