This photograph of blossom and lilac has been coloured by hand. We do have lilac of two different shades (white and pale purple) in our gardens but not exactly in these strong colours. In fact we use the word 'lilac' to describe the pale purple colour of these flowers. Some people say that it is unlucky to cut the flowers and bring them indoors. That's a shame because the scent is so lovely. この写真の花とライラックは手書きで色づけされています。普通、ライラックの色は２種類（白と薄紫）ありますが、実際はこんなに濃い色ではありません。「ライラック」という言葉を使う時は、普通薄紫の色を意味しています。 ライラックの花を切って室内に持ち込むのは縁起が悪いという人もいます。とってもいい香りなのに残念。 英文を読むためのヒント -blossom 花 -shade 色合い -exactly 正確に -describe 描写する |
