This van belongs to Batchelors fresh fish stall. It is used to deliver fish to local businesses. On the top of the van you can see the rather striking fish that they use to attract the attention of people who see the van.

 The fish contains a message. 'Crab fishing from Mudeford Quay'. In addition to selling fish this company also provides the fishing lines for crab fishing on the quay. Lots of tourists visit the area and many people like to take their children fishing for crabs, so this is a good little sideline for the company. If you don't succeed with the fishing there is a cafe on the quay which sells delicious fresh crab sandwiches.

A 'sideline' is a small business that exists alongside the main business of the company or individual. 

'Striking'. I have used the word here to mean 'unusual' or 'noticeable'. 

'It couldn't be fresher if you caught it yourself' ' Sounds delicious.

'Suppliers to the catering trade of fresh, frozen and shellfish.'  Do  you know what shellfish are? Examples of shellfish are lobsters, crabs and prawns. The catering trade are people who prepare and sell food and drink to the public. This includes restaurants and cafes but also people who prepare food for weddings and other events.

魚のわきには'Crab fishing from Mudeford Quay'（Mudeford埠頭で取れたカニ）と書いてあります。魚のほかに埠頭でのカニ釣りの釣り糸も販売しています。たくさんの観光客が来て、子供にカニ釣りをさせようとする人もいるので、なかなかいい副業（sideline)になります。カニが取れなかった時は、近くにおいしいクラブサンドイッチを出すカフェがありますよ。

strikingはここではunusualあるいはnoticeableという意味。人目をひく、目立つ。

'Suppliers to the catering trade of fresh, frozen and shellfish.'  （鮮魚、冷凍魚、シェルフィッシュを扱うお店へお届け。）シェルフィッシュを知っていますか？例えば、ロブスター、カニ、エビなどです。catering tradeとは飲食業者のこと。レストランやカフェ、それから結婚式やイベントへの仕出し業者のこともさします。
