| A very nice
quality decorative panel featuring a variety of old hand made laces.
Size 62cm square. The panel has a linen centre and bobbin and needle
lace decoration. It has been dyed with tea and is a deep mid brown in
colour (darker than it appears in the photos). It was a common practice
in Victorian times to make up items consisting of older laces and dye
them with tea to make the piece appear 'antique'. Good condition
overall.
